Meanwhile, Head of Event Management of Dash Sports who also resides as Head of Organizing Committee Dash Fest 2022, Andrie Rhesa Prastanto, described how the Dash Fest 2022 will bring a lot of exciting activities in diferent fields of sports open for any family member to participate. Scheduled to be held on 9-11 September 2022, Dash Fest will be holding a number of sports competitions for different ages, among which are:
Opening Ceremony, Dash Fest 2022 and Aquathlon Exhibition Game on September 9th in the morning, located at the Aquatic Stadium, GBK Senayan. There is something refreshingly different in this Dash Fest 2022 competition, the participants are challenged for 30 minutes after running for 5 km. The winner will be determined by who can swim the farthest within 30 minutes.
Andrie described further that on Saturday, September 20, 2022, a children swimming competition will be held at Bulungan Swimming Pool with 3 age categories: Under 8 years old, 9-10 years old and 11 years or older. There will also be 15 categories. On the same day, a children basketball competition will be held at CGV Sports Hall fX Sudirman Basketball Park with 3 categories: 6-7 years old, 8-10 years old and 11-12 years old. There will also be a Basketball Challenge and Shooting Challenge at the same venue.
The children sports competition will also include tennis, which will be held at Tennis Center Court, Gelora Bung Karno Senayan, divided into two categories: Category A for children 6-8 years and Category B for children 9-10 years old. On Sunday, September 11, 2022 at Stadion Madya Gelora Bung Karno Senayan, Dash Fest 2022 will hold a number of athletic sports competition for children and adults. Children category will be divided into four age group for 30/60 M Sprint, Sprint Hurdle, Long Jump, Speed Ladder, Tripple Jump and a number of other challenges.
- A. 4-6 years old.
- B. 7-8 years old.
- C. 9-10 years old.
- D. 11-12 years old.
While in adult category, there will be a 1 Mile Race and Relay Running (Running Exhibition).
Families of activists and fans of sports intending to participate in Dash Fest 2022 can apply directly using Dash Sports mobile application available on App Store as well as Google Play.
The fee will vary starting from Rp99 K per sports. Participant may receive a starter kit consisting of a jersey, string bag, refreshment, finisher ribbon, certificate, BIB number and photo, accordingly to which package they choose to sign up to.
