I learned to really listen to people and try to understand where they are in their lives, their wounds and how I can help them. I also once again understand that there are a lot of things we can do daily to stay balanced and energetic; food, meditation, good friends, mindful approach to life,” shares Anna Bogachko Holmblad, one of the participants, a Traditional Chinese medicine practitioner in Shanghai who is originally from Sweden.
