The change of company name from Daimler AG into Mercedes-Benz Group AG as we mentioned above, does not impact the validity of any agreements or contracts duly signed by and between PT Mercedes-Benz Distribution Indonesia (“MBDI”) and our counter parties unless the context requires otherwise.
Therefore all the agreements or contracts shall remain valid and binding without being required to be amended.
