Several measures were also successfully conducted under Batara’s leadership during the COVID-19 pandemic. Among others, the company hosted several COVID-19 vaccination programs which has led to 99% of all eligible Citi Indonesia staff fully vaccinated and maintaining a low Work-from-Office (25%) ratio despite continuing to offer full banking and financial service to its customer as part of an essential industry.
Citi Indonesia has also won a slew of awards under Batara’s leadership. In 2021, Citi was awarded as Best Bank Global in Indonesia and Digital Bank of the Year from The Asset; Best International Bank in Indonesia from Asiamoney and Best Company for Creating Leaders from Within from SWA.
