PAUL Le Café Opens Its First Outlet in Bandung, As Well As The First Outside of Jakarta

This decision reflects our strong passion for business expansion and provides the opportunity for Bandung’ to enjoy the products and services offered by PAUL in more convenient and accessible locations.

“We’re excited to introduce a unique selection of menu items that pays an homage to Bandung inspired food delicacies. A total of six special dishes have been specially curated by the team for the opening of each of our three new stores. Two exclusive Bandung inspired menu items will be launched exclusively at PAUL le Café Trans Mall Studio, which marks our first Bandung store opening,” Michelle added.

For this special menu, we use a true Bandung delicacy which is Gepuk Ny Ong, sliced beef that’s marinated and deep-fried to a delicious crisp.

Slow-cooked to perfection, our tender pulled beef is marinated in a secret blend of Indonesian spices, resulting in a mouthwatering medley of sweet and savory notes. Nestled within a freshly baked, buttery croissant, this sandwich offers a delightful fusion of textures and tastes that will transport your taste buds to the bustling streets of Bandung, where tradition meets innovation in a single, delectable bite.

Chocolate Banana Millefeuille

The Chocolate Banana Millefeuille is a delectable dessert inspired by the Indonesian street food favorite, chocolate banana martabak. This innovative creation combines layers of flaky pastry, rich Valrhona chocolate, and sweet, ripe bananas.
