A day when all 170+ Renaissance properties around the world, together as a collective drumbeat, put on elevated experiences – underscoring how the brand delivers unexpected discoveries beyond the convention of travel – and Renaissance Bali Uluwatu and Renaissance Bali Nusa Dua Resort is here to help celebrate.
To celebrate Global Day of Discovery’s 9th anniversary, Renaissance Hotels is featuring unscripted adventures that spotlight the brand’s revamped Evenings at Renaissance program. With the hotel and travel industry back in full swing, guests traveling both for business and leisure are looking for authentic local experiences.

1. Guests of Renaissance Bali Uluwatu Resort & Spa will celebrate local traditions and shine a light on social impact and ecotourism, near and dear to the property’s surrounding area. Hosted by Veronika Krasnasari and Valerie Krasnadewi, the three-day celebration starting from May 17 until May 19 will take guests on immersive and holistic experiences.
2. On May 17th guests are invited to have an in-depth discussion on Endek Bali – the island’s indigenous fabric with Agung Indra from Tenun Agung Bali and Bali- based fashion designer Dwi Iskandar. This is then followed by an elevated punchbowl ritual showcasing the flavors of Bali with the rockstar of Jakarta’s bar scene; Kiki Moka and R Bar Head Mixologist Yoga Tommy.
Guests will also be treated to a Balinese ethnic fashion show by Dwi Iskandar, accompanied by a performance by Balinese DJ Triss, all while enjoying the sunset, good music, and an elevated evening experience.
