Along with the delightful buffet choices, the brunch is also set to feature main course selections of Pan-fried Barramundi, Herb Crusted Lamb Loin, Veal Escaloppini, Pan Seared Tenderloin, Chicken Parmigiana, Rolled Salmon, Jumbo Prawns, Osso Bucco, and more.
