Guests are welcomed at Bel Étage for the Yusheng ritual that represents the spirit of abundance, prosperity and good health. Selection of festive dishes such as Peking duck, suckling pig, homemade lamian noodle and braised beef brisket with Mongolian peppercorn sauce are prepared to be indulged in with the Lo Hei Dinner on 21st January 2023 which starts from 6.00 p.m. or opt for the Lo Hei Lunch on 22ndJanuary 2023 along with the signature Batavia Mary cocktail and extensive selections of Wine to complete the prosperous experience.

Elevating the festivity, The Drawing Room presents the Chinese New Year Afternoon Tea available from 16th January – 7th February 2023 where Executive Pastry Chef Kevin Lee curates a lavish twist on the signature afternoon tea ritual with spring festive theme, showcasing refine savory bites, decadent pastries, freshly baked scones accompanied with variety of confectionery.

Exclusive Hampers Collection are available at Rosé to be shared with the loved ones which may include the selection of festive cakes – Raspberry Lychee Delight, a delightful Raspberry Mousse combined with Lychee Gel and Almond Dacquoise, and Strawberry Garden consisting of Strawberry Mousse, Vanilla Cream Brûlée and Strawberry Jelly –  or The St. Regis Jakarta’s exclusive homemade produce such as the famous lapis legit, homemade jam, cocktails, pralines and premium tea from Dammann Frères including selection of wines.
