Starbucks Uplifts Ramadan Season with Its First Drive-Thru Sticker Program in Indonesia

With Starbucks’ promise2 to the customer to uplift their everyday and connecting it with the holy vibes that the season brings, the series of “A Cup of Kindness” programs is expected to bring warmth of Ramadan togetherness.

This interesting program is present with a special Ramadan cup design, Instagram filter “Bedug Kebaikan” which provides various interesting promos, “Iftar of the Week” promo which starts every 3 pm, Ramadan gift packages with “Say it with Starbucks” gift box, Starbucks Drive-Thru Mudik Map to accompany all customers when returning home, and the Drive-Thru sticker program “Wheel of Kindness” which is launched for the first time this year.

A Newly Drive-Thru Sticker Program

Starbucks in Indonesia opened its first drive-thru store at KM 19 Cikampek in 2005. Apart from being the first drive-thru store for Starbucks in Indonesia, Starbucks KM19 Cikampek is also the first drive-thru store for Starbucks in the Southeast Asia region.

Since then, Starbucks’ drive-thru store have grown and spread across 24 cities from Medan, Jakarta to Manado. As of March 2024, Starbucks already has 73 drive-thru stores both in Rest Area locations and in other locations that can be easily accessed throughout Indonesia, which are ready to provide the Starbucks Experience to customers.

To further enhance the Starbucks Experience at drive-thru stores, starting March 25, customers who drive or make transactions at Starbucks Drive-Thru stores can get one sticker for the Starbucks Drive-Thru program, Wheel of Kindness, for free.

And if customers make beverage and/or food purchases via any Starbucks Drive-Thru route in Indonesia up to a total of IDR150,000 they are entitled to receive one collectible Bearista edition fridge magnet for free, while supplies last.
