Feast the eyes and appetites with a lavish 8-course set menus prepared by Executive Chinese Chef Chong Kooi Sam and team. With three enticing set menus guests can experience a delightful array of traditional New Year dishes starting from 9 to 11 February 2024. 

Starting from IDR 1,888,000 ++ per person, the menu includes offering such as Salmon Yu Sheng, Chicken Soup with Shredded Chicken and Sea Treasure, Crispy Sea Cucumber with Spicy Brown Sauce on Broccolini, Wok-Fried Lobster with Shallots and Onion, Steamed Star Grouper with Nin Xiang Sauce, Fried Rice with Assorted Seafood and Scallop, and closed with the Double-Boiled Peach Gum with Snow Fungus. 

For those seeking a premium dining experience, an option for IDR 2,688,000++ per person and IDR 3,888,000 ++ per person also available. The menu features rare and unique ingrediesnts including Braised Bird’s Nest with Crab Meat in Truffle Chicken Broth, Braised Australian 2 Head Abalone with Superior, Crispy Fish Maw with Crab Meat and Roe Sauce, and amongst others.
