Chef-Owner Marsya Prihatin and her Culinary Offerings 

Led by the talented Chef-Owner Marsya Prihatin, a graduate of Culinary Arts Bachelor’s Degree from the Torrens University – William Blue College in Surry Hills, Australia, the kitchen at Kama promises bold flavors and culinary artistry that will leave guests craving for more. She honed her craft at prominent restaurants in Sydney before returning to Jakarta to lead the team at Kama. 

Chef Marsya has created mouthwatering dishes to satisfy culinary enthusiasts. Some of the dishes that patrons should try include: 

Starters

  • Otoro & scallop tartare, whipped egg sauce, smoked ikura, chicken skin crisps. 
  • Grilled scallops, burnt chili maple butter, pork bacon crisps. 
  • Crispy confit potato, salted egg sauce, chives, topped with Bafun uni. 

Mains

  • Twice-cooked short ribs, burnt honey, and kemangi yogurt served with grilled tomato salad. 
  • Grilled lobster egg noodles, lobster stock, pepper crumbs. 
  • Grilled wagyu A5, spicy nori butter, sesame relish, onsen egg. 

Dessert: Dates dough roll, butterscotch, chantilly, and almond crumbs.
