Splendido, A Belmond Hotel, Portofino, continues its legacy as an icon of style and elegance with the much-anticipated unveiling of the newly redesigned pool, pool restaurant and Baronessa Suite on 8 June 2023, as the property welcomes guests for the summer season.

Led by Martin Brudnizki Design Studio, the hotel will reveal the transformation of the celebrated pool area, famously overlooking the sparkling Ligurian Bay; as well as introducing the new Splendido Grill restaurant and the renovated Baronessa Suite. Each seasonal reopening promises new, elevated spaces that capture the spirit of Ligurian craftsmanship and design.

Castello Di Casole, A Belmond Hotel, Tuscany embraces the farm-to-table philosophy with the launch of Orti del Castello, the Castello Vegetable Gardens. Across the hotel’s expansive 4,200 acres of land, Executive Chef Daniele Sera blends nature and gastronomy, cultivating vegetables, fruits, and edible flowers, complimenting the estate’s existing homegrown products – wine, olive oil and honey. 

The sustainable cooking class showcases how the produce is cultivated and prepared, whilst the smaller vegetable garden offers an inviting, cypress- shaded space to enjoy workshops ranging from making herbal teas and natural cosmetics products to botanical eco-printing.
