There are several training licenses for professional managers in Europe or UEFA football management world. each valid for a certain level. Including UEFA A Pro License, UEFA A License, and UEFA B License and so on.
These licenses are issued by each UEFA (Europe) member country’s football federation and valid for three years. Pro UEFA License is the highest training certification available in Europe and generally follows the completion of ‘B’ and ‘A’ Licenses. Meanwhile B – trainer/UEFA B License is one level below UEFA A License, allowing the license holder to become head of coach of an amateur men’s club, junior team, and coach assistant for a professional club.
Val stated, “Currently in class there are 38 participants, 30% come from clubs around Germany, and the rest is from other countries. I am the only one from Asia. This is such a remarkable experience. We became close not only during classes, but also as discussion partners for one another. The other day we visited the Red Bulls Arena in Leipzig to watch Leipzig VS Leverkusen match. The unique part of going to watch a match with a bunch of coaches is we ended up discussing formations and other stuff that we felt could be improved. Friends, please pray that one day I could train a junior club in Germany and play in a stadium this big and this crowded.”
Rochi Putiray said, “I knew Val about a year ago and I received a WhatsApp message about 2 weeks ago from him asking for blessing because he was about to take his Diploma B in Germany. I think this is amazing. This kid has a lot of guts and strong determination, other than also money. I, as a former player, feel embarrassed that there’s someone who isn’t even a player dared to go there. After this I’m gonna ask Val more about how to study in Europe. Because right now our management is very supportive of coaches. What Val did was something extraordinary that could motivate local coaches.”
