Le Meridien Jakarta proudly presents Lunar New Year Festival with a lavish feast “Orient Taste” at La Brasserie Restaurant from 19 January – to 10 February 2019. The Culinary Team has prepared a selection of dishes from different regions in China, including: 1) Sinchuan Cuisine (originating from the Sichuan Province of south western China) – from 19 to 25 January, 2) Cantonese cuisine (with its famous Dim Sum and hearty dishes) – from 26 January to 2 February, 3) Hunan Cuisine (well known for its hot spicy flavor, fresh aroma and deep color) 3 to 10 February
A mouthwatering line-up of dishes such as Mapo Tofu, Kungpao Chicken, Fish with Black Bean Sauce, Prawn Lychee Sauce, Beef Oyster with Ginger, and Wok Tossed Pok Choy with Mushroom Garlic are served to delight every palate.
Chinese Lions will parade throughout the restaurant on Monday & Tuesday, 4 & 5 February. Guests are invited to watch the colorful dance performance as they will weave their magic.
The lunch buffet is priced at Rp375,000 ++ per person available from 11:30 to 14:30. Meanwhile, the dinner buffet is priced at Rp395,000 ++ per person available from 18:00 to 22:30.
