Ascott Marks 40 Years in Hospitality Service with Launch of Full Year Campaign ‘Ascott Unlimited’

With about 950 properties across over 220 cities and counting, Ascott will be offering Unlimited Opportunities, Unlimited Choices, Unlimited Freedom, and Unlimited Good, to springboard to next chapter of growth as a global hospitality company

The Ascott Limited (Ascott), the lodging business unit wholly owned by CapitaLand Investment (CLI), announced the launch of ‘Ascott Unlimited’, a year-long medley of initiatives to mark its ambitions to break new ground as it celebrates 40 years in hospitality service.

Ascott is a vertically integrated lodging operator of about 950 properties across more than 220 cities globally, represented by a portfolio of 14 distinctive brands. Having established its reputation as a market leader in corporate travel within the extended stay sector, Ascott has taken the definition of global living into the transient leisure market.

As Ascott pivots its business operations through its flex-hybrid “hotel-in- residence” model to respond to the changing needs of the market, it is on a growth trajectory stronger than ever.

The full-year campaign launched by Ascott is one of the most extensive campaigns carried out across its global portfolio, including in Indonesia, which has one of its largest footprints in Southeast Asia.

A series of Ascott Unlimited campaigns, events, and activations will be localised and implemented in Indonesia over the year. These include a media appreciation night, an annual Ascott Star Rewards (ASR) Festival, as well as various campaign offers that will serve guests more benefits during their stays at Ascott Indonesia properties, comprising hotels and serviced residences.

Charles Lee Abbott, Regional General Manager, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines, Ascott said: “The year 2024 presents a unique opportunity for Ascott Indonesia to expand its business and gain a competitive edge. We have dedicated ourselves to instilling a culture of hospitality in our associates and remain steadfast in our commitment to fostering quality growth and partnership with owners and investors in Indonesia for the long term.”

“In light of Indonesia’s economic development, this opportunity will bring the country’s market close to Ascott, which will, in turn, positively impact Indonesia’s economy this year. Our strength lies in the fact that we have over 80 properties targeting different markets, catering to our guests’ diverse needs and purposes.”

“This affords our guests a vast array of choices and ensures that they can find the perfect fit for their requirements. Our unique value proposition and commitment to excellence will continue to drive our growth and success in the years ahead.”
