The Langham Jakarta Puts the Sparkle into the Festive Season 

To spread holiday cheer, Tom’s by Tom Aiken, the esteemed Michelin-starred restaurant on the 62nd floor is embracing the festive season. Throughout December, guests can indulge in special festive dishes such as Poached Lobster, Truffle and Mushroom Ricotta Tortellini Pasta, Herb Brined Turkey Breast with Stuffing, and Cod Loin, complemented by delectable desserts like Christmas Pudding and Saffron Meringue.

The restaurant is offering a Christmas Eve Dinner featuring a 5-course set menu with dishes like Chicken Liver & Foie Gras Parfait, Amberjack Fish Crudo, Truffle Tortellini Pasta, Roast and Smoked Beef Fillet, and Spiced Ginger Brûlée & Shortbread. Prices start from IDR 1,688,000 ++ and include a glass of Sparkling Wine, accompanied by a special choir performance and a visit from Santa. 

On Christmas Day, a Brunch Buffet and Main Course will be served, with prices starting from IDR 1,288,000 ++ per person, also featuring a special choir performance and a visit from Santa. Meanwhile for the New Year’s Eve Celebration Dinner, the restaurant will serve a 7-course set menu featuring premium selections for IDR 1.988.000 ++ per person, including a glass of Champagne. 

Commemorating the holiday spirit, Tang Court is offering a series of special menus for both lunch and dinner throughout December 2023.

Indulge in the exclusive Festive Menu featuring delightful dishes such as Crispy Fish Maw with Crab Roe and Crab Meat Sauce, Sea Cucumber with Asparagus and Assorted Mushrooms, Pan-Fried Star Grouper Fillet, Wok-Fired Sliced Abalone, Braised Fragrant Rice Topped with 5 Head Abalone, and Marinated Mantis Prawn. Additionally, our regular à la carte menu will also be available for your dining pleasure.

For Christmas Eve Dinner, savour a distinctive 5-course degustation set menu featuring Salmon Wasabi with Yuzu, Sous Vide Duck Breast, Tomato Gazpacho, Ribeye Wagyu Mb+9 , and Orange Pavlova, available from IDR 1,288,000 ++ per person.

On New Year’s Eve, a special 7-course degustation set menu awaits, showcasing Honmaguro Ootoro, Chicken Sous Vide Cuesadilla, Scallop and Shellfish Caponata, Cucumber Watermelon, Black Cod, Filet Mignon Mb9+, and White Chocolate Perfait, priced from IDR 1,588,000 ++.
