From the appetizing cold station featuring the traditional Pecel Sayur Madiun from East Java to Ternate Gohu (spicy and fresh yellow fin tuna with local taste of Ternate island) to choices of Indonesian salads and hot noodle station featuring everyone’s favourite, Mie Kocok Bandung. 

Endless of choices from the Indonesian kitchen or the Pawon station are sumptuously presenting selection of Indonesian dishes from chicken, lamb, seafood and vegetables as well as Carving Station and completed by Nasi Sanglah (Balinese aromatic rice).

The highlight of the culinary journey awaits at the Wagyu station from wagyu beef Sate Maranggi, Daging Rempah Sambal Embe (marinated and fried wagyu beef with Balinese-style crispy sambal embe), Buntut Bakar (grilled wagyu oxtail), Iga Bakar (grilled wagyu ribs) to Martabak Telor Wagyu.
