This workshop is a hands-on creative session in which participants will learn how to repurpose plastic waste in works of art. Guided by Balinese artist Made Bayak, attendees will explore methods such as cutting, melting, molding and assembling plastic materials to create two-dimensional and three-dimensional artworks.
‘Plasticology’ hopes to foster a collaborative environment in which participants can share experiences and ideas, as well as gain a deeper appreciation for the potential beauty and value that can be extracted from seemingly worthless plastic waste.
