Genki Sushi Introduces “From Japan to You” Campaign

Genki Sushi unveiled its most recent campaign, “From Japan to You”, which showcases a variety of special food items from various cities in Japan. This initiative is part of Genki Sushi’s “Every Stop Hits the Spot” concept for this year.

Just as Japan is well-known for its shinkansen trains, Genki Sushi is also well-known for its distinctive shinkansen train conveyor belt on Kousoku Lane, making it one of the most unique Japanese dining experiences.

This year, Genki Sushi’s “Every Stop Hits the Spot” initiative, which is inspired by the Shinkansen trains that stop in every city, will emphasize on Genki Sushi’s commitment to providing quality, freshness, and distinctive Japanese food in every store. Bringing fun, excitement, and deliciousness in every stop, at every table it served.

Through “From Japan to You” campaign, it allows customers to experience the flavours and ambiance of three major cities in Japan without having to leave Indonesia. Genki Sushi offers a wide range of menu options that showcase the unique culinary traditions of each city that will be highlighted in each of their train stop.

“The first stop of From Japan to You campaign is in Hokkaido, which is known for its fresh seafood and agricultural produce.  Genki Sushi will feature 11 special Hokkaido themed menus, including sushi, rice bowls, ramen, soups, and dessert, which portrays the preferences, characteristics, and traditions of Hokkaido. The campaign period will start on 8th May – 8th July 2023,” said Stephanie Michelle, Head of Marketing Genki Sushi.

Ramen

Hokkaido is known for its cool weather and Genki Sushi offers the classic ramen flavors to present the ambiance. Shoyu Ramen is indeed a Japanese warm comfort food, the flavorful Japanese noodle soup that is made with a soy sauce-based broth and is topped with sliced chicken, green onions, and other toppings.

The Shoyu Ramen in Genki Sushi Indonesia is made with homemade broth, adding a unique touch to the dish. Shio ramen, on the other hand, is known for its saltier taste due to its clear salt-based broth and topped with sliced chicken.

Miso Ramen is a type of ramen that is made with miso paste, which adds a rich, savory flavor to the soup and topped with shrimp and crab stick. Tsukemen Ramen is a unique type of ramen where the noodles are served separately and dipped into a flavorful miso soup, before eating.
