The celebration takes place at The Lounge featuring four special Negronis that available during the week.
InterContinental Pondok Indah celebrates the 10th year of the global campaign Negroni Week at its charming The Lounge from 11-18 September 2022. During this event, guests are invited to enjoy several kinds of Negronis, from the classic ones to the limited editions crafted by talented bartenders.
Negroni Week is a campaign launched by Imbibe Magazine in 2013 to celebrate one of the world’s greatest cocktails and raise money for charitable causes worldwide. This year, the Negroni Week is fully sponsored by Campari, Italy’s iconic red aperitivo.
At InterContinental Jakarta Pondok Indah, the distinguished event is celebrated under the theme “Raise Toast to an Icon.” Bill Wismoyo, as the hotel’s mixologist, has created four special Negronis for the event, which are:
Aperol, wild Turkey 101, passion fruit, rectified mascarpone
Campari, cinzano extra dry infused mustard, bull dog gin, vetiver, malic acid
Campari, pineapple balsamic reduction, fresh pineapple juice, 1757 vermouth rosso, appleton estate rum
1865 Abate Fetel
Campari, cinzano bianco, abate fetel soda, earl grey foam
Bill Wismoyo, as the hotel’s mixologist, has created four special Negronis for the event.
To complement the special Negronis, Attila Körmöczi, the Executive Chef of InterContinental Jakarta Pondok Indah has also prepared four distinctive platter dishes, including Freshly Shucked Oyster on Ice, Charcuterie Platter, and Mixed Seafood Platter.
