Germany-born and Europe-trained Chef Attila Körmöczi will lead the all-star team assisted by his equally skilled and experienced Executive Sous Chef Bedjo Sudiyono, who has been responsible for many of the most popular Indonesian bites served up at the award-winning Suga r& Spice.

Last year celebrity guest chef, one of the leading authorities of Indonesian cuisine who was also a Best Asian Chef nominee at the 2012 World Gourmet Summit in Singapore, and a judge in popular reality TV show Master Chef Indonesia, the renowned Chef Degan Septoadji, is also coming back to wow Jakarta’s knowledge able foodies with some of his finest creations.

Think premium-grade salmon fillet served with coconut milk, turmeric, pickled vegetables and fried shallot; or wok-tossed marinated wagyu rump with green chilli sambal, tomato, and lime leaf.
