Aviary Bintaro Won Best Guest Experience in Premium Services

Aviary Bintaro won the award for “Best Guest Experience in Premium Services” at The Lounge, Gandaria City, January 21, 2020. This award was given as an appreciation to Traveloka hotel partners from Indonesia and Southeast Asia.

The award is presented by the Traveloka Hotel Online Services, is an Indonesian unicorn company that provides airline ticketing and hotel booking services online expanding rapidly into South East Asia and Australia. Traveloka is hosting an awards program to recognize hotel partners for their continuous hard work in providing top quality services to Traveloka’s guests.

The selection of Traveloka Hotel Awards is divided into three categories, namely Value, Premium and Prestige, where each class has four categories, namely Food, Cleanliness, Service and Overall. Traveloka relied a consumer reviews throughout 2019 to choose the winner at the Traveloka Hotel Awards event.
