Bene Italian Kitchen at the Sheraton Grand Macao is celebrating all things Italian in June to mark the Festa Della Repubblica – the National Day of Italy on 2 June with a series of special dining events and festive dishes on offer throughout the month.
Master Executive Sous Chef Luca Pecorari, himself imported all the way from Italy, will be serving a range of signature and specialty dishes throughout the month of June, offering the much-loved flavors of Italian cooking while showcasing the freshest seafood, imported cheeses and cold cuts and tender meats.

Bene Food & Wine Mercato – Street Food
Who doesn’t love good street food? Bene’s Food & Wine Mercato will feature Italy’s delicious street food on 14 and 15 June – with Pacific yellow fin tuna carpaccio with green olives and red onion relish, Roman trapizzino “pizza angle” with roasted chicken and capsicum and Fassona beef burger with pepper garlic mayo and more. Along with iconic Italian wines in a fun and vibrant market atmosphere and with live entertainment. Prices at MOP 488+ per adult including free-flow beverages on 14 and 15 of June.
Looking for a delicious light lunch,Italian style? Come and graze at Bene’s semi-buffet lunch including salads, imported cheeses and cold cuts, entrees and a selection of mouthwatering desserts, and with tea or coffee just MOP 138+* per head. If you’re after something more substantial, guests can choose from a selection of main courses from the menu, including specialties such as the Broiled seafood cannelloni with arrabbiata sauce,Rotisserie chicken or lamb rump, with roast potato and honey balsamico sauce and 200g Australian Rangers Valley pure black Angus beef ribeye steak. Celebrating Italy Set Dinner
Chef Luca has created a special four-course set dinner menu for MOP388+* featuring a fried panzerotti stuffed with ‘culatello di Zibello’ parma ham and burrata cheese, beetroot risotto with gorgonzola ice cream and raspadura cheese shavings, and a choice of slow roasted ibérico pork shoulder or snow fish fillet for main course. The dinner set finishes withvanilla panna cotta with espresso coffee espuma and crispy merengue for dessert.
