Le Meridien Jakarta is hosting a journey of culinary discovery to one of Indonesia’s most diverse and interesting islands, Sulawesi. From 1 to 24 March 2019, La Brasserie Restaurant offers “Cita Rasa Sulawesi,” which features authentic dishes from Sulawesi Island.

For this special occasion, Le Meridien Jakarta has flown in a Guest Chef, Grace Natalia Titaheluw, (Chef de Cuisine) from Four Points by Sheraton Makassar, South Sulawesi. Cita Rasa Sulawesi presents a variety of mouthwatering original local cuisine like Daging Konro Makassar (Makassar-style rib soup), Ayam Tinoransak (Manado spicy braised chicken), Mie Cakalang (skipjack tuna noodle soup from Manado), Sup Kaledo, (cow’s trotters soup served in spicy both from Donggala), Kambing Bakar Sambal Colo Colo (grilled lamb with basil and tomato sauce) and Seafood BBQ.
