PASOLA will present classic Thanksgiving buffet menu including the annual favorite of Cider Brined Roasted Turkey with Brioche Stuffing, Giblet Gravy, Candied Yam and Cranberry Sauce, Pretzel Crumbed Chicken Cutlets and Clam Chowder Soup. To conclude this decadent feast, the pastry team has curated specialties dessert such as Salted Caramel Chocolate Apple Cake, Chocolate Pecan Pie, Smores Ice Cream Cake and Peach Ricotta Almond Crumble.

Together with the Thanksgiving menu on the buffet, guest can still enjoy the gorgeous spread of International favorites and the tasty Indonesian cuisine. PASOLA offers its signature brunch with fresh seafood on ice, Roast Beef, Peking duck, Western and Asian delicacies, Sushi and Sashimi, Egg Benedict and Foie Gras burger station, while the Indonesian plates see brilliantly crafted Sop Buntut Balado, Barramundi Pesmol, Soto Sum Sum, Pempek Palembang, Mie Ayam Jamur and many others.
