Future of Tourism: New Mobile Application for Modern Travellers

Travellers nowadays have become more independent and digital savvy, from mapping out their routes to e-wallet payment and photography modernising their needs through technology and innovation. Park Hotel Group’s flagship property, Grand Park City Hall in Singapore introduces their first mobile application with a seamless guest experience from selfie check-in, keyless room entry to fully customisable room control.

During a recent interview with Singapore Tourism Board about Future of Tourism, Allen Law, CEO of Park Hotel Group shared that “with the assistance of various technology platforms, which actually enables us to cut down some of the administrative and transactional work, we can now spend more quality time to understand each individual guest.”

Taking the lead to offer the most seamless guest experience, Grand Park City Hall’s new mobile application will provide the highest efficiency to meet the demand for time-saving with modern travellers as well as unifying all access and controls just a touch away on each guests’ mobile phone to make them feel as if they were at home.
