The newly-refreshed breakfast concept introduces a brand new a la carte breakfast menu carefully crafted by Executive Chef Manuel Effendi, offering Local, Asian and Western favourites.
Chef Manuel provides his take on signature western dishes with a sophisticated touch. Items not to miss on the new menu include the Smashed Avocado, served with pickled red onions, beetroot feta whip and a perfect poached egg; and Mushroom Bruschetta, varieties of mushroom served with garlic herb butter and tarragon hollandaise. From the Asian selection, we recommend the signature classic Kaya Toast with coconut pandan spread and coffee crumble and the Kissed Sanur Reef with dragon fruit, mango, papaya and coconut candy. Home-made Farmers Bread and Pina Colada are two of the new items in the local selection.
