The Great Big Bene Sunday Brunch

Bene elevates its popular weekend affair with the addition of free-flowing beverages, a kids’ corner and more!

SUNDAYS at Bene are now bigger, brighter and better than ever! Sheraton Grand Macao Hotel’s Bene Italian Restaurant elevates its Sunday Brunch by adding free-flowing beverages including Prosecco, cocktails and beer, new artisanal pass-around dishes, and an interactive kids’ corner for families and friends to celebrate the weekend over an all-inclusive Italian feast.

The new Great Big Bene Sunday Brunch is set to be a fun, family affair with new attractions for both adults and kids.

Grown-ups can relax and sip free-flowing Prosecco, Aperol Spritz, beer, homemade sorbet cocktails and more, including refreshing fruit-infused water and juices. Meanwhile, kids will be entertained at the kids’ corner equipped with coloring books and stuffed toys, as well as a face-painting station where kids will be transformed into their favorite characters! A balloon lady will also give away colorful twisted balloons in all shapes and sizes to delight the little ones during their meal.

Aside from cold antipasti, salads, Italian premium cheeses and cold cuts, the buffet spread also features a wide range of carpaccio, pizzas, freshly baked treats such as egg tartlets and panini, and of course the classic brunch favorite – Eggs Benedict with sautéed mushrooms, Parma ham, black truffle and parmigiana hollandaise. Also on offer are an array of freshly imported lobsters, crab legs, prawns on ice, and freshly-shucked seasonal oysters.

Taking center stage at this decadent brunch is a range of savory Italian artisanal dishes freshly prepared by Bene’s Executive Sous Chef, Luca Pecorari and his team. The tantalizing dishes ranging from pan-seared salmon fillet, chicken cacciatora, and braised beef in red wine, to seafood linguini, spaghetti aglio e olio and risotto, plus more of Chef’s special surprises brought right to your table.

Meat-lovers should not miss the live-carving station offering tempting charcoal-grilled and slow roasted meats including Australian skirt steak, New Zealand lamb chop and marinated chicken.

Round off the leisurely brunch experience at the ‘Sweet Escape’ area, where guests can indulge in an extensive dessert spread featuring traditional Italian sweets such as tiramisu, panna cotta, limoncello and ricotta cake, pistachio crostata, as well as a selection of ice cream that kids will love!

Enjoy the Great Big Sunday Brunch every Sunday from 12 noon to 3 PM in Bene’s warm and welcoming dining area featuring floor-to-ceiling windows where natural light flows in to create the perfect daytime atmosphere, or in the spacious outdoor terrace surrounded by lush greenery.
