With the coming of this spring, Tien Chao, welcomes guests to experience a new gastronomic journey featuring dim sum starting from April 16th -22nd 2018. Prepared by our Chinese guest Chef, Chef Zhang, the newly upgraded menu presents more than just authentic Cantonese & Chinese dim sum, snacks, and desserts.
The delectable menu is given a face-lift with a selection of innovative new dishes incorporating concepts with creative and a twist into sensational tastes. Using the traditional techniques and carefully selected ingredients, the authentic dim sum is made to maximize freshness and aroma, such as snow white mantou, walnut cake, durian cake, strawberry buchi, yong chow fried rice, lotus paste with egg yolk, fried stuffed bun with sugar, clear chicken dumplings, fish ganshouw as well as prawn oats, offering guests an unforgettable gastronomic experience.
