Presenting a unique Italian and Japanese wine dinner, Shangri-La Hotel, Jakarta introduces the newest chef within its family – Nishimura Japanese Chef Naotaka Tokuhisha – who will collaborate with Rosso’s Italian Chef Gianfranco Pirrone.

Both chefs have crafted a unique Italian and Japanese set menu offering the best from the East and West, serving a five-course mix Italian and Japanese dinner, perfectly paired with exceptional wine selections from Luis Felipe Edwards. This exquisite dinner will be available exclusively on Friday, 23 March 2018, for dinner from 6 to 10:30 p.m.
