Janu Heads West: Aman Group Unveils First Property in the Americas with Janu Turks & Caicos

Following the successful debut of Janu Tokyo earlier this year, Aman Group has announced the next chapter in its spirited sibling brand’s global expansion: Janu Turks & Caicos. Scheduled to open on the pristine shores of Providenciales, this upcoming resort marks Janu’s first footprint in the Americas—and the brand’s fifth destination worldwide.

Nestled along the unspoiled northwest coast of the island and surrounded by an 18,000-acre nature reserve, Janu Turks & Caicos promises a barefoot-luxury escape unlike any other in the Caribbean. Set within the rocky coves and powder-white sands of Northwest Point Marine National Park, the beachfront enclave is designed for both reflection and reconnection, a hallmark of Janu’s wellness-forward ethos.

Currently under construction, the property will feature a hotel and a limited number of branded residences. True to Janu’s Sanskrit meaning—“soul”—the development champions a new era of social wellness and purpose-driven travel. Designed for indoor-outdoor living, each residence will seamlessly blend with its jungle-backed, ocean-facing surroundings, offering owners privileged access to all resort amenities and curated experiences.

Onsite, guests can expect a vibrant social atmosphere, anchored by multiple dining venues, a beach club, and a signature Spa and Wellness Centre featuring a 50-meter pool, IV Lounge, Meditation Studio, and an Apothecary Bar. Programming will focus on connection—both with self and others—encouraging playful expression in a setting steeped in natural serenity.

“Turks and Caicos is an unrivalled destination in the Caribbean,” says Aman Group Chairman and CEO Vlad Doronin. “As the first Janu property in the Americas, it perfectly embodies our vision of creating dynamic lifestyle experiences and genuine human connection. It is a place to feel the pulse of the destination while experiencing Janu’s distinct approach to elevated, soulful hospitality.”

Janu Turks & Caicos is part of a rapidly expanding pipeline for the brand, which includes upcoming openings in Dubai, Diriyah, and AlUla.
