Held on June 3–4, 2025, at Django’s Barlicious Texas BBQ, La Piazza, Kelapa Gading, this two-day festival ignited a fiery competition amid smoke, heat, and culinary bravado. Far from being just another BBQ festival, this is a stage for flame-based mastery, melt-in-your-mouth burgers, and brisket aromas that stopped passersby in their tracks.

Django’s is no ordinary BBQ joint. This premium establishment is famed for its authentic approach to Texas and Mexican-style smoked meats—and for housing the largest BBQ smoker in Indonesia. Meet Terminator, the steel giant capable of smoking up to one ton of meat in a single session. And this is where the flavor battle begins.
Using the Low & Slow method, prime meats are embraced by rambutan wood smoke for 18–22 hours, yielding a tender, juicy texture and irreplaceable smokey flavor. No wonder Django’s has become Indonesia’s gravitational center for grill culture—and the perfect arena for a competition of this scale.
