Expat. Roasters Brings Carnival Vibes to World of Coffee Jakarta 2025

EXPERIENCE THE BUZZ

Forget everything you know about coffee booths. At this year’s World of Coffee Jakarta, Expat. Roasters is flipping the script with a wild, colorful, and high-energy takeover they’re calling the Expat. Roasters Carnival — a 6×6 meter space packed with games, giveaways, and good vibes.

Happening from May 15–17, 2025, at Cendrawasih Hall, Jakarta International Convention Center (JICC), this three-day caffeine-fueled fest is turning into an all-out celebration — not just of great brews, but of connection, creativity, and community. Expect interactive games, surprise prizes, and a vibe that keeps the fun (and the coffee) flowing.

Play old-school favorites like Tin Can Alley, Hammer Strikes, and Doodle Tins, or get your sugar fix with coffee-flavored cotton candy spun fresh on-site. It’s coffee, carnival-style.

And because Expat. Roasters never shows up empty-handed, they’re launching something brand new: Carnival Blend — a limited-edition roast made exclusively for this event. Crafted with beans from Bali Kintamani and South Sumatra, it’s bold, flavorful, and full of Indonesian character.

“We created Carnival Blend to capture the spirit of celebration and togetherness,” says Yande Wirawan, Brand Ambassador & Head of Training. “It’s a blend that reflects the energy of the moment — crafted with care, and made to be shared.”

Coffee lovers can also geek out over high-end gear from CEADO and PESADO, with grinders and barista tools available to test, explore, and take home. Whether you’re a coffee rookie or a certified brew snob, this is your playground.

Oh — and did we mention there’s IDR 65 million worth of prizes up for grabs during the event? Yeah, you’re gonna want to swing by.

Expat. Roasters Carnival isn’t just a booth — it’s a full-blown experience. Come for the coffee. Stay for the party.
