In a bold move that blends ambition, education, and social commitment, AYS Developers has announced its plan to host what could become the world’s largest real estate training session, aiming for a Guinness World Record on May 31, 2025, at the Grand Hyatt Convention Centre, Dubai.
Held in partnership with Dr. Nour El-Serougy, a globally recognized authority on real estate investment and PropTech education, and Innovation Experts Real Estate Institute, the event is part of a larger mission to elevate industry standards while making high-impact knowledge accessible to a broader audience.
Aligned with the declaration of 2025 as the “Year of the Community” by His Highness Sheikh Mohamed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the initiative reflects a broader vision—where growth and community development go hand in hand.

An Open, Free Training with Global Leaders
The upcoming training session will focus on empowering participants with advanced strategies for selling off-plan real estate projects—a crucial skill set in today’s highly dynamic property market.
The session will be free of charge, welcoming aspiring real estate professionals, investors, and developers alike.
Dr. Nour El-Serougy, Founder & CEO of HRE Properties and Senior Faculty Member at Innovation Experts Real Estate Institute, will lead the session. With more than 20 years of experience across the UAE, MENA, and international markets, Dr. El-Serougy has trained thousands and is already a Guinness World Record holder.
The event will be hosted by Spencer Lodge, an award-winning podcast host, business strategist, and one of Dubai’s 100 Most Influential People.
