As the Jakarta International BNI Java Jazz Festival approaches its milestone 20th anniversary, the organisers have unveiled a fresh wave of performers set to grace its celebrated stages. Known for its impeccable curation and dynamic energy, the 2025 edition promises to be one of the most memorable yet.
Among the most anticipated names announced are UMI, the soulful R&B vocalist from the United States whose poetic lyricism and dreamy melodies have captivated global audiences; Lee Ritenour, the Grammy-winning jazz guitar virtuoso with a career spanning over five decades; Tontrakul, a rising star from Thailand whose sound blends traditional Asian instruments with electronic textures; and Tara Lily, a genre-defying artist from the UK whose music is infused with jazz, hip-hop, and South Asian influences.

Indonesia’s own RAN, a beloved pop group known for their vibrant performances, will also take the stage, alongside a diverse selection of homegrown talent.
This rich musical tapestry will unfold across 11 stages at JIExpo Kemayoran, Jakarta, with more artist announcements to come. The full line-up and tickets are available at www.javajazzfestival.com.
