For its Iftar promotion, Lidah Lokal Senayan offers a unique and special Ramadan breaking fast package titled Batalin di Senayan in collaboration with Indonesia’s legendary chef, Sisca Soewitomo. With the tagline “How about it, viewers? Easy to make, right?”, Sisca is a culinary expert with an undisputed career in Indonesia’s culinary scene since 1997.
This collaboration presents several special dishes based on Sisca Soewitomo’s recipes, including:
Five types of nasi pincuk, which will be served fresh at Iftar, consisting of:
- Mangut Pari (smoked stingray in spicy coconut sauce)
- Nasi Gurih (savory rice)
- Terik Iga (beef ribs in coconut sauce)
- Tumis Jantung Pisang (stir-fried banana blossom)
- Cumi Isi Tahu Gulai Kecombrang (stuffed squid with tofu in kecombrang curry)
- Ikan Peda Tumis Pete (salted fish stir-fried with stink beans)
- Rujak Buah (spicy fruit salad)
Traditional market snacks – four types will be served daily, rotated from a variety of selections, including:
