With the presence of its executive chef Edi Pancamala, NSNTR is launching with its new concept into the French Bistro. Always committed to bring something new and fresh to the consumers, NSNTR bistro and bar is a French inspired restaurant located at Pantai Indah Kapuk, Jakarta. It has been decorated with the French elegance and style to give you a unique experience of French food but still has a familiar Indonesian touch.
NSNTR also serves as a bar at nighttime, brought to another level with the presence of poolside atmosphere, outdoor water fountain view, as well as live music in certain occasions.
To introduce the Bistro concept, NSNTR will feature a Four Hands Dinner with Chef Simon Baudoin from Apero Café in Bandung. A five-course set menu is beautifully curated by both chefs, showcasing the highlighted French cuisine from entrée to dessert.
The menu includes Apero Platter, Gindara a la Bordelaise, Confit de Poulet Croustillant, Trilogy en Croute and Berries Mille-feuille. By bringing together the talent and expertise of the chefs, we have created a truly wonderful evening for guests to enjoy.
