Meatsmith offers a selection of exciting dining programs during the festive season.
Brighten up the holiday season at Meatsmith. For the festive season, Meatsmith is offering various dining programs to celebrate Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year. For Thanksgiving, Chef Sebbie Kenyon has prepared a special menu that is only available during the Thanksgiving period. Chef Sebbie has created a Ducken, which is a chicken and duck ballotine with cornbread stuffing served with mashed potato, sweet potato casserole, Brussels sprouts, glazed carrots, cranberry sauce, pan dripping gravy, and biscuits.
The menu is available as a set menu for lunch on 24 November 2022 with the price IDR 140,000++ per person. For dinner on the same day, the Thanksgiving Unlimited feast will feature the unlimited Ducken menu and its side dishes with an addition of a carving station. The all-you-can-eat dinner package is offered at IDR 450,000++ per person.
Should patrons want to add a free-flow prosecco and mimosas, a drink package is available at IDR 330,000++ per person. The Thanksgiving dinner is available for two seating sessions: 5.30 pm and 9 pm.
On 27 November 2022, the famous Ducken menu will return for the Thanksgiving Sunday Brunch. The all-you-can-eat brunch is available from 11.30 am to 3 pm and is priced IDR 450,000++ per person, including a coupon for a glass of craft beer from Meatsmith’s beer wall presented by Island Brewing.
During Thanksgiving, Meatsmith also offers two specially crafted cocktails for guests to try. The first one is the famous Mulled Wine concocted using a signature Meatsmith spice, citrus, red wine, and dark rum and can be served hot or cold. The second cocktail is Tattoo Daiquiri which comprises rum, honey, and fresh lime juice.
Festive Hamper
This year Meatsmith offers options of a tantalizing festive menu to enjoy with family and friends at home. For this offer, Chef Sebbie Kenyon and his team have prepared two festive meal choices: a whole Roasted Chicken (IDR 650,000++) and Smoked Beef Brisket (IDR 850,000++). Each meal choice includes flavorsome side dishes of Meatsmith slaw, barbecue corn, pumpkin, long green beans, roasted vegetable seasoning, cornbreads, and Meatsmith’s signature barbecue sauce.
To purchase the festive hampers, patrons should make the order a minimum of two days in advance with full payment. The order can later be picked up or delivered at an additional cost.
