The premium course, on the other hand, will feature two additional dishes which are:
- Scallop with Burnt Scallions, Miso Glazed, and Kale to be paired with Kameizumi ‘Cel-24’ Junmai Daiginjo, Kochi
- 14-Days Dry Aged Black Angus Striploin with Egg Pickle Gel, Charred Shiitake Mushroom and Beef Reduction, to be paired with Kamoizumi ‘Hon Jikomi’ Junmai, Hiroshima
Following the event, DJ Ninda Felina will be performing from 9 pm till midnight.
Halloween at Meatsmith
Meatsmith will have its first Halloween party celebrating the Halloween festivities on 29 October 2022, sponsored by Four Pillars, Australian Gin Distillery. Meatsmith’s first Halloween party will go under the theme of “Bloody Haunted House, associated with one of Four Pillar’s Bloody Shiraz Gin and feature a costume party.
Guests who come in their best Halloween attire can also get a welcome drink. Halloween at Meatsmith will also feature DJ Judeth, DJ Taufan, DJ Ade, and DJ Gelly to be in charge of the music department throughout the night. In addition, customers who bring their child during the Halloween period will get free marshmallows as a part of the Trick or Treat tradition.
