Antasari Place Continues to Work with Banks

Antasari Place continues to work with banks to provide financing for apartment purchases (KPA). As the developer of the Antasari Place apartment, PT Prospek Duta Sukses has recently formed a partnership with PT Bank Woori Saudara Indonesia 1906 Tbk, adding to the list of banks that provide financing for apartment unit ownership for consumers and prospective buyers. Antasari Place had previously collaborated with Bank Nobu. 

On December 13, 2021, at the head office of PT Indonesian Paradise Property Tbk (INPP), which is the Controlling Shareholders of PT Prospek Duta Sukses, the two parties signed a memorandum of understanding binding the agreement. A.H. Bimo Suryono, President Director of PT Prospek Duta Sukses, and Mochamad Tri Budiono, Director of Consumer at PT Bank Woori Saudara Indonesia 1906 Tbk, signed the Memorandum of Understanding, which was legalized by Notary Erni Rohaini, SH, MBA. A number of representatives from both parties were present at the signing.

Antasari Place will expand INPP’s mixed-use portfolio, particularly in the area of residential-retail integration. Antasari Place’s location in the heart of South Jakarta, also known as the new South Jakarta CBD, has its own set of advantages for both owners and residents.
