Clint Nagata, Founder and Creative Partner, leads with an enthusiasm and appreciation of design that shaped his early years and is now intrinsic to who he is. Clint Nagata’s passion for travel, hospitality and design has inspired BLINK’s story. His constant exploration and enjoyment of the world; its diverse cultures and landscapes, have formed BLINK’s culture and attracted and retained some of the best talent in the industry.
These traits are now evident in every interaction and element of life at BLINK. He has spent a lifetime imagining concepts, delivering considered spaces, and thoughtfully moulding the guest experience in some of the world’s most desirable destinations.

Joining Clint at the helm of BLINK, is Rengy John, Managing Partner, with an illustrious career spanning two decades in the architecture and design industry. Rengy has deep conviction for innovation and imagination. He guides the company’s ambition for recognition as the preeminent luxury hospitality design firm.
Rengy brings his creativity quotient which he has imbibed into the likes of leading hotel brands including Four Seasons, Raffles, Armani and Sheraton. His forward-thinking mindset aligns perfectly with the creative insight that BLINK Design Group has become renowned and commissioned for.

In line with its brand ethos, BLINK is a driving force behind biophilic design and are working on at least five projects where the designs are focused on nature, whether it is a resort in the desert or an urban hotel.
BLINK’s upcoming projects, scheduled to be unveiled this year feature the iconic ROKU Kyoto, Regent Phu Quoc, Millennium Hilton Bangkok, JW Marriott Khao Lak Resort & Spa and Sheraton Cebu Mactan Resort.
These much-anticipated project openings follow the firm’s global recognition for completed work on TAJ Lonavala Resort & Spa, Capella Shanghai and Singapore, Conrad Bora Bora Nui as well as the refurbishment of its sister property in Singapore, Six Senses Uluwatu, Raffles Maldives Meradhoo and Andaz Xiamen.
