Proclaimed as Chefpreneur in Indonesia Chef Chandra leads several well-known restaurants across Indonesia, his passion in culinary started when he was young and he pursuit his dream by graduating from Indonesian Leading Hotel school and continue his career in Middle East countries. His creation of a compilation of Nusantara delicacies named asWIB, WIT & WITA Rijsttafel- King prawns dabu dabu, Maranggi Lamb chop and Lombok Spring Chicken.
Chef Ingo Oldenburg
The Executive Chef of Gran Meliã Jakarta has a wealth experience in Culinary and Food & Beverages with over 20 years tenure in the industry around the globe. He started his career at Fredericks Hotel, Maidenhead- United Kingdom, then at Mayfair Intercontinental hotel London, United Kingdom and Ritz-Carlton Wolfsburg, Germany before expanding his career to Middle East and Asia. On this special evening, Chef Ingo will create Sumatera vanilla marinated sous vide salmon, mascarpone dip and green sauce.

Italian born Chef who has been in the culinary world for over 15 years, Gianluca has been working for many international chain hotels in Asia and Middle East. His passion toward culinary world brought him to run his own restaurant in Lombok, Indonesia. For the 10 Hands Dinner, Saffron risotto with ossobuco bites and bone marrow, will definitely tantalizing your palate.
Chef Tomoaki Ito
Chef Tomoaki Ito is the Executive Japanese Chef of Yoshi Izakaya, a prominent Japanese restaurant at Gran Meliã Jakarta. He is an experienced and creative Chef with a long history of working in Asia. Fluent in Bahasa, Chef Ito is looking forward to create and served his signature dish-Kinoko Soup for the 10 Hands Dinner.
