Celebrate Chinese New Year at Karma Beach Bali

Welcome the year of the Ox alongside the Indian Ocean

There’s no better place to celebrate the arrival of the Year of the Ox than at the beachside in Bali at Karma Kandara. The illustrious Uluwatu resort has promised an exciting Chinese New Year program that will see you salute its arrival with a feast on the sand, looking out over the Indian Ocean.

A special feast will be served at the much-adored Karma Beach, just metres from the shoreline.

Picture dishes including a Hong Kong-style steamed grouper, laden with ginger, spring onions, and light soy, and Chinese braised oxtails, smothered in sticky anise dark soy sauce, and baby bok choy. And to finish, heaped plates of Peking Duck, joined by cucumbers, hoisin sauce, scallion pancakes, and steamed rice.

Accompany your dinner with one of the many delectable cocktails available at Karma Beach, and the incredible sunset for which Bali is famed.
