Having collectively gone through a tough couple of months for everyone, ISMAYA Group has successfully managed to serve plates of happiness to everyone craving delicious food made from the heart. This was made possible by making ISMAYA Group outlets available online via food delivery services.
Having come to a slow but steady pace of returning our operations to adjust to the “New Normal” after a 3 month hiatus of staying home and keeping healthy, ISMAYA Group is proud to announce the reopening for dine-in of a number of outlets as of June 9th, 2020!
Back in business serving guests the high quality service that is expected whilst keeping in mind the health and safety regulations, ISMAYA Group puts highest priority on ensuring that all our staff are healthy to work and have not been in contact with any individuals with symptoms.
With more outlets set to reopen at various times throughout the month, we have taken extra precautionary steps beyond our customary practices including practicing physical distancing, making face masks and latex gloves a mandatory as part of the uniform, and sanitizing shared surfaces after every use.
Hand sanitizers have also been made available at all stations around outlets and guests will be provided with a single use “Welcome Kit” that holds utensils, napkins, and how to order information which minimizes contact between individuals. Alongside these efforts, guest orders will be implemented using a QR code system which allows for even less contact. Guests will also be encouraged to use contactless payment systems however payment using cash is also made available.
