At this time, Alila Solo Hotel is operating per normal on 12 June. In response to COVID-19, we have in place enhanced HY-giene measures and operational protocols across all areas of our hotel.
A comprehensive HY-giene program is already in place at our hotel. This includes enhanced sanitization and operational protocols across all areas of our hotel, such as:
- Front Desk: Sanitization of pens and key cards, masks worn by associates, regular disinfection of counters and hand sanitizers for guest use
- In-Room: Sanitization of high-touch areas using a high-grade disinfectant, increased frequency of cleaning air filters, alcohol wipes provided in amenities
- Dining Outlets: Assurance of food safety through our globally recognized and independently audited food safety certifications, sanitization of tables, chairs, condiment holders and menus before seating guests, use of mask and gloves by all associates when preparing meals and plating dishes, alcohol wipes for guest use and placement of cutlery inside napkins
Out of an abundance of caution, and in an effort to care for our guests and colleagues, Alila Solo Hotel will continue to temporarily suspend spa operations until future notice at which point, we will reevaluate our suspension of operations.
Alila Solo Hotel continues to remain vigilant and follow procedures and protocols developed in consideration of guidance and information from various health organizations including the World Health Organization (WHO), local authorities and other leading organizations and experts.
And to return to serving guests, Alila Solo gives a surprise rate of IDR 555,000 net/night for a 2-night stay and a check-in period on June 12-13. In addition, we also provide a 50% disc for Epice Restaurant and Agra Rooftop.
