Traditional Macanese “Chá Gordo” Cooking Classes for the Entire Family 

The St. Regis Macao, Cotai Central is delighted to launch the next evolution on the St. Regis Family Traditions Program featuring a ‘Chá Gordo Macanese Afternoon Tea cooking masterclass’ for families. Inspired by the destination and infused with tradition, the St. Regis Family Traditions program creates a personalized experience for our guests travelling with families, and offers engaging activities that bring families together and insert a sense of ‘wonderment’ during their stay to create long-lasting family memories.

Cha Gordo Macanese Afternoon Tea Cooking Masterclass

An interactive cooking masterclass celebrating the culinary traditions of Macao –the Chá Gordo Masterclass. Families are able to learn about and create authentic signature dishes from our traditional Macanese Afternoon Tea offering – Cha Gordo. The Cha Gordo cooking masterclass is available for four persons (two adults and two children, ages 6 – 12) for MOP1,688 plus tax and service charge, and includes special St. Regis aprons and personalized recipe cards to keep.
