Experience Unparalleled Standards of Bespoke Butler Service

Opened in April 2019, The St. Regis Hong Kong marked the debut of the iconic luxury brand in the destination. Founded more than a century ago by John Jacob Astor IV with the opening of The St. Regis New York, it has been a treasured hallmark of the St. Regis experience.

At The St. Regis Hong Kong, the butler experience begins from the moment you enter, your dedicated butlers will greet you curbside to welcome you into the House of Astor, whisking you into the hotel straight to your room for in-room check in. The St. Regis signature Butler service was first introduced by John Jacob Astor IV, the founder of St. Regis, who brought his own butlers to serve guests at the original St. Regis property. St. Regis has since become a symbol of uncompromising refinement and bespoke service, bringing its legacy of butler service and signature rituals to Hong Kong. From a perfectly pressed suit ready for an important meeting, and learning the art of packing and unpacking from the butler or letting them take care of the smallest details to a soothing cup of tea after a long day, they also serves as your travel consultant and can recommend a tailor for bespoke dresses or suits, or even getting a hard to get concert ticket, our butlers will strive to help make your stay more exquisite.

Chief Butler Dorothy Patai is redefining St. Regis’ legendary service by ensuring a highly anticipatory service and a seamless guest experience. She comments: “Butler service is one of the iconic hallmarks of the St. Regis service. We want our guests to feel at home and they can expect bespoke and highest standard of service. Our butlers have gone through extensive training to ensure all guest needs are addressed, from reading the guests to anticipating what they want before they ask for it, we strive to provide unparalleled service and we look forward to welcoming them in the uniquely exceptional St. Regis way.”

At the St. Regis Hong Kong, all guests will enjoy in-room check-in as well as 24-hour Butler and e-Butler services. Guests can contact their dedicated Butler through the Marriott Mobile app, or by scanning an electronic Butler contact card that connects the guest to their Butler via a dedicated line, email, and mobile applications like WhatsApp and WeChat.
