Sukses dengan demo cooking class April 2016, Mason Pine Hotel kini kembali menggelar acara istimewa Dim Sum Cooking Demo bersama Chef Ah Kuan pada Sabtu, 8 Oktober 2016 silam bertepat di Fok Luk Sau Restaurant yang terkenal dengan cita rasa Cantonese Chinese-nya.

Chef Ah Kuan adalah Kepala Chef Fok Luk Sau Restaurant Jakarta yang berlokasi di gedung Wisma 46. Pengalaman Chef Ah Kuan yang telah melebihi dari 18 tahun dalam membuat dim sum membuat beliau mendapatkan banyak pujian akan keahliannya tersebut.

Di kelas ini, Chef Ah Kuan di dampingi dengan Chef Henry (Executive Chef Mason Pine Hotel) berbagi resep serta rahasia bagaimana cara membuat  Onde – Onde Kacang Tanah, Pangsit Ayam Goreng dan yang tak kalah lezat dan nikmat yaitu Pangsit Pocay Kukus sehingga Anda dapat menyantapnya di rumah bersama keluarga.
