A Sparkling Dinner at The Laguna Resort & Spa

The Laguna Resort & Spa presents an exclusive wine and dine event at its beachfront restaurant Arwana. Diners will enjoy an exquisite five-course degustation menu, a collaboration from two well respected culinary leaders in Bali; Made Putra, Executive Chef of The Laguna, a Luxury Collection Resort & Spa and Agung Ardiawan, Director of Culinary of The St. Regis Bali Resort. Each course will be paired beautifully with the acclaimed vintages of Domaine Chandon. Domaine Chandon flies the flag as the only Australian sparkling wine specialists with genuine French heritage, under the guidance of Moët & Chandon.

Located in the state of Victoria in south-east Australia, Chandon Australia came into being at the end of the 1980s. Born of Moët & Chandon’s desire to explore the world looking for wine-growing terroirs capable of producing exceptional sparkling wines, the estate was set up in the heart of the Yarra Valley, in “Green Point”. Fine and elegant, Chandon Australia’s sparkling wines were then made using the “traditional champagne method”. Since the end of the 1990s, the House has also produced still wines – whites, reds and rosés – from the best vineyards in the Victoria region.

The rare evening will be curated by the Chief Sommelier of The St. Regis Bali Resort, Harald Wiesmann, and expertly co-hosted by Senior Business Development Manager of Möet Hennessy Indonesia, Alistair Toyne.

Fizz & Feather, a wine dinner event at Arwana, is priced at IDR 1,300,000 net per person. Price is inclusive of five course degustation dinner with wine pairing, as well as complimentary cocktails and canapés before dinner begins. Cocktails and canapés will be served from 7 PM at Arwana Bar before dinner begins at 7.30 PM.
