Chaine des Rotisseurs Gala Dinner at Pullman Jakarta Central Park

Jakarta, May 3, 2013 – Chaine des Rotisseurs, an international gastronomic society, hosted a gala dinner at Pullman Jakarta Central Park on Friday, May 3, 2013. Taking place at Warhol function room, 8 course set menu was prepared and presented by Chef de Cuisine of Pullman Jakarta Central Park, Eric Baudru, and an Indonesian Molecular Gastronomy Chef, Andrian Ishak.

Attendees of Chaine des Roisseurs had the opportunity to taste an exceptional number of appertizers, main courses, and desserts through a collaboration of both chefs. Savory culinary cuisine names such as; Pumpkin, Asinan, Foie Gras, Heirloom Tomato, John Dory, Wagyu Beef, Es Campur, and Chocolate became the highlight menu during that night, so did a selection of top quality wines.

Chef Eric has been working for Pullman Jakarta Central Park since 2011. His passion on cooking and his professional experience could be seen from his creation of delicious meals. Meanwhile, Chef Andrian is the first chef to incorporate the discipline of molecular gastronomy into the world of Indonesian cuisine. They had fascinated both the guests and members of Chaine des Rotisseurs by the exceptional fine dining experience.
